It's the Jags, they have to spend more to acquire FA right now. They're picking #1 overall for a reason. Jags, Jets, Houston aren't exactly go to destinations for players if any kind of SB aspirations exist for 2022 and probably 2023 as well. Word has it the reason he went to CLE was because they were willing to take on the whole contract. If that’s the case and it wasn’t to appease Amari wanting to go to CLE, then what the hell?
