JMD is playing with fire. If we ditch Carr, Waller, and Renfrow and our offense drops under McDaniels "vision", no way he lasts to year 3 with a losing record. We start losing, we don't have Jacobs long term yet and Adams isn't going to play the happy camper forever. With Jacobs, Adams, and most of the OL in year 2 and the sell for Jimmy, Bolden, Dorsett, and Meyers being that they "know the system".... pressure is definitely on.
massraider
Carter is a Special Teams guy, who happens to play WR.

JMD wants a BATTLE for the 4/5 WR spots between Cam Sims, Phillip Dorsett, DeAndre Carter, DJ Turner, Tyler Johnson, and Keelan Cole.

True but you can't deny Adams, Meyers in the slot and Carter as the speed WR is a good trio.

If we're searching for a KR/PR guy we should look at Keaton Mitchell from East Carolina late in the draft imho.

JarrodR86
Not sure if John Jenkins was on anyone’s radar but we announced his signing a little bit ago.. Finally some DT help, not bad for rotational run stopping downs.. probably our new Hankins.. him and Farrell Jr as the big bodies, maybe another addition in the draft.. but we still need a pocket pusher at DT unless they think Nichols, Tillery and M. Butler will be better next year.
Humble_Beast
I wish we were this interested in improving the defense

bucksavage1
We officially have been one of the most active team in FA and the offseason Defense have made some solid additions in my opinion that gonna go a long way to improve it especially if we hit on a few players in the draft Offense has a chance to be special.
