If Love gets a concussion and misses two games and we're 4-2 at the time...do you want a chance to win those two games? That's the relevant situation you think about when deciding on whether you need a veteran. If you think Clifford or Etling are ready/good enough to win a game on Sunday, then it's one of them. Can't afford to fall behind early. could be school related. pretty sure there was a time (might still be) that players whose school semester had not ended couldn't attend rookie minicamp. Dude can play would be a solid back up IMO. Clifford probably goes to the PS for development.
