If we’re going by longevity and work load. I’m talking about being elite. I’m taking Odell, Aj green, Metcalf, Aj Brown, Tyreek over Evans all day every day. Dudes who gonna bust some heads.

Counter point these are the QBs he had throwing him the Ball. Josh Freeman trash. Mike Gleenon trash.  Jameis Winston  lol.  Ryan Fitzpatrick meh.  Brady for 3 years and finally Baker Mayfield.  It wasn't until later in his career did he finally got stable good QB play. He's at 12k yards and 100 tds. and he still has 12 games this season plus lets say he plays another 3-4 years he going end up really high on the all rime list.

Is there any real evidence to suggest QB play has that big of a favor on WR numbers? It’s not like his number blew up with Tom Brady

I would also argue Jameis was great for him. He would throw them out of games with terrible turnovers forcing him to throw the ball more and he had no problem aiming for Mike in double coverage.

OBJ was a flash in a pan. After his first 3 seasons he has been a mediocre #2. Evans beats him in every major category on a per game basis and obviously Evans crushes him in stat accumulation. Also has a higher yardage and TD season and averages way more per catch. His average per catch in his career is better than OBJ's best season.

I think another facet to Evans game people rarely recognize is the fact he is a deep threat.

The only legit #1 WR playing right now with a higher Y/R of 15.2 for their career, is AJ Brown at 15.8. JJ is tied with Evans at 15.2.

Not Lamb, Not Adams, Not Chase, Not Kupp, Not Metcalf, Not even Tyreek Hill.

13    Davante Adams    96    2014-2024    2TM

Hopkins, Hill, and Kelce are the next active players of note. All are in the 70s.
