Hey, I'm all for bringing Clay back under these conditions.

  • #52 remains Gary's number
  • He can run a sub 4.85 40 yard dash, in pads.
  • He has to play on all specials units.
  • No guarantees on regular defensive snaps.

Plain and simple, we need the end of the roster guys to play specials.  He's gotta prove he can run and he's gotta prove that he will take that role.

If not?  Bring him in for a day and let him retire a Packer.  Then get him into the Packer Hall of Fame.

If Ol Rodg continues to drivel out player personnel demands then let him also publicly declare who should be cut to make room and why this is better for the team.  Let him also adjust his contract to allow for any cap difficulties this may cause.

I can't believe this is anything but a joke, but if not Gute and co need to end it now.  This can not drag into the season.

Suit up, shut up, and play.

Ken Ingalls - Packers Cap -    This offseason has been a public relations master class by Rodgers. He could have dropped bombs and publicly demanded trades, but ultimately would have returned as the guy who wanted out. Instead he gets to be the hero and most public opinion will paint Gutey as the villain.

  • Peter Bukowski -   I do not agree. It worked on the people who would have caped for 12 even if he publicly asked for a trade. There are now way more people in Packers nation who are ready to see Love in 2022 than there would have been otherwise and he gained almost nothing tangible.

Paul Bretl -   If the Packers didn’t send a player to NYG for Yiadom, that’s now 4 cuts they’ll have to make before 3:00 CST. 5 if they add a QB yet.

Zach Kruse -   Both PFF and pfr had new #Packers CB Isaac Yiadom giving up 6 TD passes without an interception last season. Only 5 pass breakups. Played over 600 snaps. He was a third-round pick of Denver in 2018. Second time he's been traded.

Yet, he's apparently better than what we had.

Is he a demon on special teams perhaps?

Also, is this an indication Kevin King won't be ready for week 1? The guy has been such an iron man his first four years! 😲
