I don't think anyone here but you believes this honestly.

You have any idea how low the bar is to get a grand jury to indict? They tried what, three different times and couldn't get one to agree he did anything that would rise to a criminal act worthy of prosecution.

Highly doubt I'm 'the only one here.' I thought there were a lot more critical thinkers here.

What is going on with these young athletes suddenly dying. Yesterday it was a 25-year-old former 1st round pick in the NBA. Today, Jaylon Ferguson, 26 of the Ravens suddenly passes away.

So sad these young men died. I'm curious what the cause of death was in each case. I don't think this was drug related from the vibe of the stories.

You can't compare the legal system for you and I to the one that exists for the mega rich.

I couldn't care less about Watson, he went from one irrelevant team to another, but it's pretty obvious from this what "does it" for him is the women not being in on it, he's not paying for happy endings.

I didn't take that from what I've read about the situation. I think there were a bunch of women, who he saw, looked at this as an opportunity to get a second payday. This one a much larger sum that the first one.

It's just way too ironic that they all came out of the woodwork once the first, who I am assuming was legitimate and there was a misunderstanding, came forth. He probably definitely touched her inappropriately thinking she was a hooker too.

That was my take on the whole ordeal.

Could be, but I personally doubt it. They'd be risking their whole "livelihood" on a big pay day from this, as no athletes ever going to book someone who sues a former client ever again.

I was going to post my thoughts on Watson/Texans/NFL.

Went to hit "Submit Reply" and suddenly remembered that this is Watson/Texans/NFL/Browns.  And it is all speculation.

Deleted everything, it just isn't worth it.

The best we can do is acknowledge the following:

There is a spectrum of victimhood to opportunist that exists among everyone involved.

The boundaries on this spectrum for legal turpitude and moral turpitude are not coincident.

All the women land on the legal side of this spectrum.

The women are likely spread across the remaining spectrum with otherwise unknown parameters.

I think you're VASTLY overestimating the amount of research that athletes put into finding their escorts.
