It very rarely works out. 90% of the great ones come from another organization. College is a little different. Success happens a little more often at the college level. I think he's just easy to root for. We were talking about this IRL the other day. Played for the Lions forever, there's nothing really edgy or polarizing about him. He seems like a decent dude and just does his job, even if it isn't always perfect.
