Awsi Dooger
It was wild to see where they held the draft. For many years I lived at Desert Club Apartments smack across Koval Lane. In fact, I could hit a 6 iron from that stage area and land it on top of my old rooftop. BTW, the area where they staged the draft was once the site of the Imperial Palace drive-through sportsbook. It was the only one of its kind and was there for roughly 15 years, circa early '90s to mid '00s.

Forge
Liberty star Malik Willis "lacked the signature moments" in college in the eyes of the Atlanta Falcons, which led them to target Desmond Ridder instead, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Fowler added that Atlanta thought the Cincinnati signal-caller "showcased a more complete body of work." "Plus, Ridder's confidence and polish in the process helped," per the report. "Coaches who interviewed him noted that the QB outlined his plans to unseat a veteran wherever he landed."

minutemancl
Can I mention how proud I am of this forum that nobody started the seemingly annual '16 booms and 16 busts from this year's draft' thread this year?

Scoundrel
Jacoby Windmon has a possible NFL future as a likely late round pick. That’s over now.
