For clowney?? If we could get him at 3 years 39M we should do it ASAP and not look back. That would be incredible value. Especially with the rising cap. But I don’t think he’d go that low.

I think his injury concerns will rear up at some point, two years we will get a good comp pick.

Trust me on this one: I drafted Phillips in one of my walkthemocks last year. I also think he's gonna be a good one, despite a lot of folks wanting name brand Harrison.

I cant believe how many good FAs there are left on the market. I just read through the list and there are like 40 recongnizable names on it that you would assume would be on teams

They are the guys I am out on, the rest I would be very interested in bringing in. 

Clay Matthews to play some Strong Side linebacker and pass rusher, Clowney, or Griffen would be all great players for us to get on the roster. 

Id bring Hyde in to be our 3rd rb should chubb or hunt go down.

IDK how much Sheard has left in his system but him being a passing down rotational guy sounds good to me too

To add to @Kiwibrown's post above, there's no reason to wait to sign Clowney.

Ain't no way we're getting any comp picks after what we did in FA this year, whether we sign Clowney or not.  If we're gonna do it, we should do it immediately.

Yeah comp picks shouldn’t matter for this year, we signed way too much in Conklin and Hooper to get much in return there.

Plus we already have 2 picks in R3, R4, R5 iirc.

Team roster cut downs are going to be interesting. I wonder what interior OL can be had as depth/swing guys. We really need Clowney. Clowney will mask a lot of our LB ineptitude, which is something we should be hiding gamely.

Agree.

Add to that a DB filled with #1 and #2 picks and we are fine there, on paper at least.
