A backup QB who can win more games than they lose with any roster is a good backup QB. Were people saying Taysom Hill is an elite QB? There are lots of terrible measures of a QB's ability. Falcons 2x and Broncos are games you would expect to win even with a backup tbh, especially with the Saints' defense and their offensive weapons.
