I did realize that but if the other wildcard contenders like Phoenix and Egypt also finished 8-8 it could create a situation where tiebreaker wouldn't matter. But miami's Conference record is so bad that they'd be certainly on the bottom of that too so yeah they're probably eliminated, I'll update it.
