NeptunePenguins Posted March 18, 2023 Share Posted March 18, 2023 (edited) Edit: Double post Edit 2: Actually I think I know why 95F felt hotter in Minnesota even though the humidity was actually lower than many 95F days in Houston (I rechecked the data from that day to confirm). I think it has to do with tolerance. The opposite rang true for me in Houston when it gets in like the 40s it feels cold cold but up north it didn't feel as cold.
