cap ceiling =/= cap, correct?

this is just saying the cap can't be above that for 2022

frankly $208 isn't particularly special in the scope of the last 5 years or so. Hopefully they hit that target and 2023 is another big jump to get back on the previous trendline

TJ Watt is going to get PAID

As he should.

Minkah will likely get a new deal too.

Perhaps Juju.

Hoping we make a few splash moves...especially if Ben finally retires.

I read somewhere it would’ve been between 215-220 million guess that was a lie lol.

That is for 2023. After this 2022 'recovery' year due to COVID and once those new TV deals kick in, the salary cap should be massive in 2023.

Any revenue that exceeds $208.2 million will go to paying off benefits that were cancelled in 2020 because of the COVID year. NFL and NFLPA agreed that those benefits were to get paid back after the 2023 season anyways but this was meant to lessen the burden and get things back on track faster.

I don't know. It seems like the NFLPA is basically doing the league another favor.
