So, quite surprising iyam. from my uneducated opinion this move comes down to the Eagles being unsure about Hurts being a quality starter and likewise Flacco being the guy leading them to the playoffs if not. He could very well end up being the best backup QB in the league for quite a few years. That should be worth more than a sixth round pick. It’s a given Linder gets hurt at some point during the regular season though.
