The guy is just entirely incapable of staying healthy, right? Not that Carr was any sort of solution either. He's also a QB Purgatory caliber guy. Healthier, but less robust mentally when the pressure is on. Just not really sure where you're going with either guy at the helm. Obviously JimmyG probably "fits" better with the coach there and the type of system he's gonna be in. Carr doesn't really work. His superior arm talent doesn't mean much in that sort of scheme, and especially not if he can't get good protection. But it's really just shuffling around mediocrity. Both guys have made it abundantly clear that they can't "carry" a team. That Raiders team isn't good enough to carry a QB. So...what is the real expectation there?
