So Houston's got to beat Jacksonville, who are on the rise, but also are going to face a 1st place schedule this season, so they may be catchable. It's definitely a gamble, but Houston wasn't really the candidate to be back picking in the Top 5 next year people thought they would be... especially if Ryans can turn that defense into a legit unit.
