Previously I thought Foles would be able to move the ball effectively against the Patriots with the Eagles schematic shift from a lot of vertical to a lot of horizontal stretching cross routes against the Pats man d strength, but the news of the flu being all over the Eagles team crushed my hope for an Eagles win. I wanted the Eagles to win, but having personally had the flu and running -- I knew that can be a massive pain in the rear and sap everything from you. Brady still put up 500 yards and offensively performed phenomenally, but Foles had a legendary performance. PS. I went to High School with Zach Ertz (and Mark Appel, if you are big into MLB [he was the 1st overall pick but a bust, I think he's in the Phillies system though], Ryan Whalen too, and my dad went to high school with his dad as well (but he was a Bengal]).
