JAF-N72EX
Yes. Him and Flip. But I'm tired of Wentz and Eagles threads.
FinSting
It was always annoying when Jim Kelly and Thurman Thomas would get hurt, the rival Bills would bring in Frank Reich and Kenneth Davis. Replacements would pummel the Fins just like the regulars, hmph.

The Colts jump in PPG had more to do with Luck returning than it does the hiring of Frank Reich. As for Philly's drop in production, I think being the hunted instead of the hunters in addition to losing Reich and Defilipo (sp?) has been the reason of their demise. RandyMossIsBoss
Yes, and/or DeFilippo. Clearly it was one of those guys, or both, who were the true brains behind the offense in 2017.

Kelly and Thomas were both hurt in the 92 playoff game vs Houston. Reich and Davis were the guys behind The Comeback. Still burns.

minutemancl
Yes, especially when you look at how creative the Colts offense is this year and how bland the Eagles offense has been
RBreezy
Reich put together the redzone offense last year while Flip put together the 3rd down offense (or vice versa). Both of those stats are way down this year, so yes, Pederson and the Birds definitely miss Reich and Flip’s contributions.
SkippyX
Pederson makes decisions like a moron sometimes. Who else runs his HB 8 yards deep on a 3rd and 1 so 6 defenders can destroy him in the backfield? Pederson has run that play 10+ times. Stupid is as Stupid does. Reich and DeFilippo are 2 very smart guys who made another smart guy even smarter. Without them, the holes in Pederson's game are obvious. They also have a 6'8" 346 lb freak athlete on the roster who they refuse to use as FB or TE on short yardage. He also lets Gym Shorts call Sticks D on 3rd and long. Sticks D is lameo prevent that removes pressure from the QB on 3rd and long. Pressure on 3rd and long leads to sacks, picks, fumbles, incompletions, 3 yard screens, and very very rarely a conversion. Sticks leads to a free 10+ yards on every 3rd and long and an increased chance of conversion as the guys standing at the first down marker get run over by players going full speed or blockers ahead of them. The Eagles lost on Sunday night because of horrible coaching. It is the exact opposite of winning football.

RaidersAreOne
I think a lot of the improvement from last to this season for the Colts is Luck coming back.
