Who is the best iDL for the 2019 season in the NFC East?

Most points will be the starter - second most will be the Back-Up. (Hopefully there are no ties, but in the event I feel - or enough posters would like an amendment or a run-off we will decide how to proceed then.

Cox by a fairly large margin for me. 

Eagles have a wealth of DL talent. It's crazy. The depth is just unreal.

Dominant player, who has only gotten better the last couple years as he’s matured and taken legacy and stuff more seriously.

well the cowboys and eagles have some very good players. the giants and redskins exist.
