What has Saleh accomplished besides having a great defense for 1season? There are people in SF that believe Kris Kocurek is more responsible for their success than Saleh. Phillips is old, but his defenses flat out produced. He also runs a 1 gap 3-4, so the need for a complete personnel overhaul doesn’t really exist.
