Brady is better than all but Manning. Brady's football IQ and precision and accuracy are the entire reason why he is in the GOAT discussion. He been know for his football iq, awareness and not to make costly turnovers. There is a reason his Wr is always dinged up. His preparation, precision, accuracy, pocket awareness. His weakness is he doesn't trust his defense and tends to force things at times. He doesn't know when to take a sack or throw it away. He may not have the best arm now as he did 5 years ago. His football intelligence is what matters. People say why go to a new system that wouldnt benefit so coaching would be an issue, I got news for you that guy has every intention if he leaves to run the offense while the OC carries the clipboard and learns to get on his page. With teams like Chargers, Bucs, and Titans you have the weapons there and some cap to assist on adding more or building that oline. Chargers and titans have an above average defense that can help you out. Brady is in a good spot with those teams if they want to. Pats have an older defense with a few hitting FA but weapons is going to work with? Edelman and Sanu? Ill take Mike Evans Chris Godwin and OJ Howard any day. Titans have AJ Brown, Corey Davis, and tagging Henry. Chargers have Mike Williams, Keenan Allen, Ekler (RFA) and tagging Hunter. So talent wise Brady could be in a position to compete and get going with those guys over dealing with rookies, unless they through an over the top contract to cooper or hope aj green stays healthy as those are the only WR free agents that can try to be at the level of those guys right now. I think both sides should move on, you can land a tannehill or dalton as a bridge qb and draft an eason/love at 23, start over and have BB build up the defense to be a bit younger and count on that side of the ball like they did this past year. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
