If the league doesn't test for it, it's legal.

Not begrudging him at all. Let’s just not pretend he’s found some magical anti strawberry and pro avocado magical elixir fountain of youth. That narrative has always been a joke.

As always, Brady is the exception to the rule.

Definitely. However, we've also seen past teams win a Super Bowl through a free agent QB (Johnny Unitas, Len Dawson, Jim Plunkett, Trent Dilfer, Drew Brees, Kurt Warner, Peyton Manning, Nick Foles, TB12)

Only three players have receptions in their 40s. Rice, Favre, and Brady.

Rice is currently the oldest but Brady should make it happen again just for the record. Sometime when a game is in the bag so it wouldn't be a wasted play and he could catch it in the backfield or something.

I think if it was anyone other than the GOAT WR I'd be all for it.

The old Bud Goode standby of Yards Per Pass Attempt Differential once again did a great job identifying NFL team strength. The top 11 teams made the playoffs. I keep an eye on this all season because it tends to shake out that way. Only two teams with a negative net advanced, the Titans and the Steelers.

But there are no dominant numbers. Lots of good but not great teams bunched between +1.0 and +1.9..

The Chiefs have a very low number 0.0 because Mahomes fell way off this season in YPA:
