Do we keep Ronnie Harrison for depth or just let him go?

He probably will command > depth compensation in the market, so we just let him go.

I do.

This was a "get back to normal" post- injury year for him and he has shown promise.

Barring any additional injury, he should be up to full speed next year and ready to shine.

He will get paid more than we should pay him. He thinks he's a starter and he hasn't proven that.

If he's healthy, yeah. We gotta see what we have there.

FYI, don't approve of you having a life outside of this subforum.

Luckily I'm just a new sequence Computer has been working on.

@Arthur Penske? 🤔

Wait until they find out about your alter egos, Celery Man and Oyster.

I want Delpit starting.

I'd keep Harrison but I have a feeling another team would be willing to pay him more.

I think we'll be soon reaching the point where those 4th+ picks are going to be used to "backfill" for our younger promising players, as it won't be economically prudent to hang onto too many veterans as backups.  Maybe LeCounte steps up and fills the role that Harrison might be too expensive to fill.

We face weaker QBs next year.

We get the AFC East and NFC South. Other than Brady and a shaky Josh Allen, we don’t face anybody. We get the NFC East team who finishes in 3rd place. Then we get probably Las Vegas / Denver and either Jacksonville / Houston.

Mac Jones will not do what he did this year against us again. I think that game was just us not being prepared at all and getting our weaknesses badly exploited.

I expect playoffs next year.

Jarvis has lost his passion for cleveland he knows he is gone after the year.

Idk man, I have a hard time questioning that dude’s heart.  He’s a gamer, always has been.

I just think he’s lost a step and didn’t ever really have one to lose.  Maybe it’s injuries, idk, but he’s not really an NFL caliber athlete.

Coming into the league he ran a 4.77 40 and had a 28.5 inch vert.  Those are average HS WR numbers.  There are dudes at every local YMCA that can do that.

Just read this prospect breakdown, it’s dead on.

Id love to extend Jarvis one year which includes a pay cut. We may need him next year, because I doubt we are getting good FA WRs, which dont ussually end up working anyway.

then relying on a rookie WR is a dangerous game too.

It would need to be a pretty steep pay cut for me, one which he wouldn’t likely accept.

He really can’t be a 1 or 2 at this point, and I’d likely rather have DPJ as the 3.  His skill set is just too limited.
