I generally agree with Scotch, but I've some where the slightest amount of water can make the peat and smoke overbearing. Especially for somebody that hasn't worked their way into some of the stronger Scotches. Leiny's, Lakefront and New Glarus get a lot of the pub but MKE tends to usually blow them away every time I have their stuff. That and Raised Grain Brewing is another little gem outta Waukesha. Breck does some good stuff. I haven’t had anything bad from them. The distillery tour is supposed awesome. They overserve you, and you’re at around 10k ft.
