The Texans would have to provide a pick swap (a high 6th going for a low 7th in return) to get rid of that Mercilius contract. Or... it's a throw in for any potential Watson trade. You take that bad contract, then one of the 1sts can be conditional tied to Mercilius' performance (which will certainly turn into a 2nd - Mercilius can't perform).
