Yea, happens that often, it's more than just bad luck IMO. I don't know what it is probably a combination of many things, but it happens to them almost every year, and it's been true for the last decade plus. A choke is both 1) Losing Any One Score Game Consistently and 2) Getting absolutely dominated in a “big” game that means something. Choke can also mean you didn’t show up to a huge game basically.
