Green19
Such a flex by Rodgers. Haha love it. He was pissed GB made his draft day last year bad... so he is returning the favor. It’s all about restructuring his deal... GB restructures it this all goes away.

Which I don’t buy at all yet. Well if Schefter's report is accurate - that all three of the Packers' triumvirate has flown out to meet Rodger separately over the past few months, to no avail, then perhaps they have reached the point where they've decided to move on. The report says he wanted an extension, they finally caved, and now he'd decided he wants out no matter what. If all of those things are true, they may have to take the best deal they can get. We're all here trying to catch up with months of mental rationalizations that Packers' brass has apparently gone through.
JBURGE
What an absolute joke. **** around with your best player and get burnt. Murphy should fire Gutey and step down if Rodgers legit doesn't come back.

Green19
Rodgers has zero leverage by the way other than talking to the media and just being upset.

CrazyJoeDavola
I mean ultimately Gute and the Packers have the power here. Rodgers is getting paid $38 million this year by them no matter what? Their ultimate power move or giant middle finger is to keep him and make him inactive each week. If he is traded they are paying him to not play for them at least this way he is getting paid to not play but isn't helping someone else either. There is 0.00001% chance it could ever happen but one can speculate.

Rainmaker90
The Packers paid for flexibility during these years. I’m sorry, I get he’s hurt but 🤷🏻♂️
