The show's VFX supervisor and associate producer Stephan Fleet made the bold claim on Twitter, telling his followers: "I think I just saw the most disgusting thing I have seen working in this business thus far." This is my big fear. The shocking stuff is typically a side dish to the main course of great characters and writing.
