Be interesting to see what staff he puts together. Jim Schwartz DC? DeFilippo OC? Does he try to steal Stoutland? McCown OC? For as bad as this process played out, not like they missed out on anybody besides him. If we hire Spielman, bring in Fangio as DC, maybe we have a chance.
