They were -64 in point differential, 4th worst all time to make the playoffs. The did not have a playoff roster. Gruden/Mayock missed on 12 out of 13 top 100 picks and left them with 43 million in dead cap on poor free agent signings. It shouldn't be this bad and the coaches need to take a lot of the blame, but this team was overvalued to begin with.
