On SFF, we chronicle a memorable low point in Cleveland Browns football from the last 20 years. With the recent resurgence of competent football in Cleveland, we want to remember our roots. All of those mind-numbing blowouts where we found new ways to lose, new ways to embarrass our fans, new ways to shame our city, and more! This week's Sh*tty Football Flashback focuses on... Spergon Wynn! 18 years ago this weekend, Spergon took the field as our starting QB. If you played a drinking game that day that involved the Browns getting first downs, you would've been sober by the end of the game. Spergon's stat line: 5 of 16 passing for 17 yards. 0 yards rushing. 5 sacks taken. Browns lost to Jacksonville 48-0 that day, but at least we passed on Tom Brady to draft Spergon Wynn.
