Ragnarok Posted October 22, 2019 Share Posted October 22, 2019 Ok, here was my point on Darnold. Early in the game he was stepping into throws. But his OL kept letting pressure get to him ASAP and Gase schemed nothing to help any of them. At some point, he started to back out automatically cause he was so used to getting hit every time he tried to step into a throw. Then he started overthrowing WRs. The pressure got worse. That devolved into him stepping back to throw, so he has gone off his back foot and given up some horrible INTs. I am not saying he has played well at all.
