This is the perfect trade back and I would be thrilled with these picks. If Rousseau is off the board, give me Barmore at 23.

We need to trade up, not down, ugh. And why are we drafting so D heavy. We get lots of D back next year. We need elite O lineman and and preferably an elite rookie QB. Trade UP!

A couple mocks released today:

Daniel Jeremiah - #14 DeVonta Smith - WR - Alabama
John Ledyard - #14 Kwity Paye - EDGE - Michigan

If we go WR at 14, the whole team gets blown up because we'll end up picking top 10 the following year.

Paye would be a better use of resources.

First off, if you don’t get pick 1 or 2, we are not getting an elite QB. There is 2, maybe 3 ( Fields). We can’t get to 1 or 2.

as for our offense, you do know that we were 4th in the league last year in offense.

We are getting players back on defense, but it would be nice to add even more to our defense and be near the top on defense as well.

If DeVonta Smith is there you take him no question about it, dude has competitive drive and fight similar to Jerry Rice.  Similar build also and just dominated college football this past year and works so hard only chance really he fails is if he gets hurt.  Sure thin guys get hurt but also thin dudes usually can run better for longer periods of time, do not get tired as easily and there are tons of thin receivers who did great things in the NFL and did not have injury issues either.

DeVonta Smith would be amazing with the Vikings and make them an extremely explosive offense, no way they pass on him.  Same could be said if Chase or Waddle fall, Waddle would be great because of his return skills.

Either way it is stupid to discuss because it will not happen.  Kind of like saying Penei Sewell is just going to fall right to the Vikings for no reason at all.

That would be idea to get Wyatt Davis and a starting DE like Rousseau.  Onzuwurike is a 1st round pick those so no way he is around.  Stokes I would love but would be hard to get.  Seth Williams is a physical dude and doubt he would be around, same with Patrick Jones.  Stevenson is a tank and would love his change of pace potential, McKitty is a massive dude that has giant hands, would like him and Toney is a fine pass rusher.  I like Wiggins and Wallow is a fine linebacker with range as well.

Great draft but not realistic, and no way Davis Mills get picked that high, not sure he is drafted but he does have some great tools as a QB, but has never really been all that productive.

Adding randy moss wouldn't help this team, let alone someone else at wr. They have no DL, and a bad OL. No idea if the DBs can cover or not.....
