And since the burden of proof is less here than in a criminal trial it would be pretty surprising, to me at least, if chargers are ultimately filed. And that's because it largely appears he did. Not only did she explicitly say she wanted to be choked out and given "all the pain", she also came back multiple times and said she wanted "even more". If that's not consent that you're within her boundaries, I'm not sure what is to be honest. The amount of crap their fans talk you would think they would have the history of the Yankees. Bum *** franchise.  Max Scherzer will get a lot of the headlines for that trade to the Dodgers and rightfully so, but Trea Turner changed the Dodgers season. What he has done at lead off has been a game changer. Yeah.....as a NYY fan I was hoping for some help from them this weekend. As it played out they (did well but....) were lucky not to get swept.
