REPORT: JIM HARBAUGH TOLD CEO JED YORK THAT MEETING WAS FOR 'MEN ONLY'

Quote

Everyone knew the two men did not necessarily see eye to eye, but to emasculate your boss in front of the entire team is not a good way to stay employed.

The writing was definitely on the wall for Harbaugh towards the end in SF. Maybe he's learned from his mistakes, but I'm not so sure that college isn't the best place for him. I think he'd come out hot and get his team playing well to start, but players also seemed to tire of his antics towards the end there.

Dorsey for a team that desperately lacks talent/are in the early rebuild stages make way more sense than a team who is already a fringe playoff/playoff team.

Raiders team really isn't that talented. Gritty, tough with a great kicker means winning coin flip games (could just as easily be a 6 or 12 win team) and they do have balls.

Probably 3 good (Carr, Jacobs, Miller) one very good (Renfrow) and 1 great player (Waller) on O.

Rest of O-line is putrid, WR is atrocious outside of Renfrow.

1 great (Maxx) , 1 very good (Casey Hayward) 2 good (Yannick, Perryman) players on D with a few of very impressive rookies (Hobbs, Moerig, Devine). Mullen, Philon, Quiton Jackson solid pieces as well.

D needs a DT, another S and another CB.

Roster has a lot of holes but they are gutsy and whilst he has flaws Carr has come up big a lot down the stretch.

Carlson also one of best, most clutch kickers in football and A.J Cole outstanding punter.

Solid amount of talent but a new GM to actually hit on a first round pick occasionally would be nice. Dorsey personality scares me though

It's total dependant on what the GM/HC want to do with Carr. There is already a solid vet in place that not many openings would likely have. However you could trade him and get a nice pick and get your guy too.
