Ordinarily perhaps, but given that nobody has CC'd Dome on his Michael Scott claim, I'm willing to go this route unless someone counter claims him. Plus, this would usually be a later game play as opposed to a D2 play. From the writeup, I'd wager scum got off one kill (the firing) and the kill (Toby) was the Scranton Strangler, so I'd wager a SK there. I'd say the Scranton Strangler is a threat, and Sanchez being lettered as non town means he could be in the scum faction or the strangler...perhaps there's a case to be made for a friendly other, but given that Sanchez will never claim, I'm taking the Whicker stance on eliminating a "confirmed" non Town. I figured since we have to expend points to use moves, it seemed kind of weak to be mafia and Stanley seemed like a legit claim. But it definitely seems the case now that this was purposefully sent to set me up.
