Is Alvin Kamara the best Running Back in the NFL?

Cook's good, but yeah I'm not sure how he's even in the conversation.  Even if we ignored the fact he so far hasn't been able to finish a full season and concede that he's a better runner than McCaffrey, which I'm not sure is true, it doesn't make up for the gap in receiving skills.  McCaffrey is far and away a better receiver and Cook just isn't that good of a runner to make up for it.

If Cook continues at the same rate he's at for an entire season?  Sure, yeah, but that seems unlikely.

Gurley still isn't out the conversation, his coach is literally holding the dude back.

Agreed. The dude is the best RB in the NFL.

Hes not even top 3, possibly even top 5?

Barkley, Zeke, Gurley. Yes Todd Gurley!

One could still make an argument for Le'Veon Bell  and David Johnson too. Don't for a second think or pretend if either was a Saint along side Brees and Payton their numbers wouldn't be rediculous either!!

Now if we're talking overall age, wear and tear , future potential, ect yes, He's definitely in the conversation for top3, but nowhere close to #1!
