That's a footnote on the list of trauma I've endured as a Chiefs fan. Though for real, that still hurt until about a year ago.

The one with the big comeback. Maybe 2014. A chiefs fan, SimonWayne, started going on about how the game was over, yadda yadda yadda, how if the Chiefs lost he would never post again, etc. Chiefs end up losing pretty much everyone to injury if I remember right and next thing you know, they lose. Man, the comeuppance was epic
Broncofan
Um that's over 600 yards in scramble yards for Mahomes tonight. Wow.

NeptunePenguins
This also proves that arm strength and physical talent at the QB position is totally useless as well. See Rodgers and Mahomes sucking in the playoffs.

Tonight, he was efficient. Didn’t have to carry the offense and had a running game to help him and open things up. You keep saying that word, efficient. You're saying it almost like it's a bad thing. He did carry the offense in the first three quarters by making the right throws to the right people at the right time. He played great and led several long drives on offense for TDs when he had to. And he had a TD dropped as well. In terms of the NO game, short fields or not, he played great. Three drives of 60+ yards and converted TOs into TDs. I don't know how you could really argue that he DIDN'T play great this postseason, except for the 2nd half vs. GB of course. All those things happen best a QB has a low I.Q. Low I.Q QB means team performance goes down. Which is why Favre, Rodgers, and Mahomes struggle in the post season so much. Manning's issues was just anxiety.

childofpudding
As for Mahomes' performance no, he did not play that well, especially in the 1st half. But he's far down the list of scapegoats for this loss. If the opposing team can drop 7 and STILL get pressure on the QB in <3 seconds, you're ****ed. August4th
already miss football hopefully things approve enough for TB to have a full crowed or close to it when the season starts. Bring on Free agency(it will suck for a steelers fan tho)
Pats#1
The most surprising thing about this game is the revelation that Patrick Mahomes has the same key weakness that all commentators believed solely belonged to Tom Brady. *Consistent pressure without blitzing
