You obviously don't know how many injuries they have and he was doing that this year. He carried the team in two games

That only counts for this year. He's never shown anything in three years now.

4 TD passes at this point is bad. He's TD to INT rate is pretty bad too. And the announcers said he has 33 fumbles in 33 games.

If Lamar Jackson played like that people would be clambering for him to switch positions. It's just a bad play.

You basically said he pressing cause of other players mistakes. That play wasn't pressing. It was dumb. He is playing bad period. At least for the standards he has put forth.

That isn't giving him a pass. He is trying to do too much because guys are letting him down. That doesn't mean him trying to do too much isn't still him playing poorly.

Last year was very similar. His pocket presence struggled late because he didn't trust the OL.

There can be a reason a player is playing the way he is. Stating that is not giving them a pass, it is acknowledging the resulting problem (Mahomes making mistakes) as well as the original problem (Mahomes's skill guys failing him.)

Completion percentage is becoming very overrated.

Davis Mills is 17-23 today and his team has 3 points on merit.

Mac Jones is 5th in completion % and 25th in rating (28th in ypa)

New England is 26th in points and 26th in yards.

71.1% sounds good though.

feels like every week someone is above 80% in a game now

I got a lot of heat when I predicted the Giants as the fourth worst team this year behind the Texans, Lions, and Jags. Daniel Jones is not the answer. Dave Gettlemen is definitely not the answer. Joe Judge was also a laughable choice for HC.

You also said the Dolphins would be Super Bowl contenders lol.

what did Mahomes do 10 minutes ago? particularly bad INT?

was the 1st pick (Reek) on Reek for the drop, or was it a bad throw that Reek tipped but was still QB fault?

1st pick was on Hill. He slipped, recovered, but then tipped it up. Mix of blame between the slip and the drop, but either way it was on Hill.

This last one was a botched snap, Mahomes picked it up and tried to throw over the middle while getting hit. Ball went straight up and got picked off. One of those where he needed to take the sack and score the 3, but he's trying to do too much.

You can't average a turnover and a half a game for your entire career and win. No shot. He is a bad QB. He doesn't have it. It takes elite play to overcome that. Patrick Mahomes cant overcome that right now. Daniel Jones sure as hell isn't.

Fumble snap and then just picked it up a tried to throw it while getting it going straight up and into defenders arms

first was 100% on Hill

Yeah alot if qbs been through that. They don't get a pass for turning the ball over.

They don't. But this sort of thing can happen to elite QBs from time to time. Brees and Manning threw a ton of picks when their defense were bad in some years.

He hasn't turned the ball over all year. He's now throw one real interception. One game and none of that matters. What he did as a rookie doesn't matter

I think those streaks from fitzy involve quite a bit of good fortune as well. It's not like he becomes super careful with the ball or makes good decisions all of a sudden. He still makes really bad decisions, they just don't always result in the worst possibly outcome

The ints you can live with, you hate it but you can cope. The real killer is and always has been for him, the total inability to feel the pocket which results in an absurd amount of fumbles.
