Tom Brady to retire from NFL after 22 seasons

20 years from now there will be some QB doing incredible things that is the best of his generation. Then there will be a graphic that compares him to all time greats, and Tom Brady's going to be so far out ahead that it won't seem real that someone accomplished as much as him.

Greatest ever. Kraft better be commissioning a statue.

5300 yards and over 40 tds in final season. Is that the best walk off season since  Jim Brown?

Possibly. He finished his last year 1st in the league in yards and tds. His last drive will be the completion of a 27-3 comeback to tie the game. His last TD will be that 50 yard bomb to Evans over Ramsey. He's like the one great that went out that nobody ever saw him decline and look mortal. Everyone else fell off.

Damn..going to be so weird now without him. Felt weird when Peyton hung them up and now him.

Really felt he was going to give it one final season to 45. I think he did but his family really wanted him to call it quits.

The dumbest thing is that he's going to have to wait for the Hall lol. We should just get that over with next year if he's going to retire.

If anyone deserves to have the waiting period waived, it's Brady.

Wow so fitting.

His first Super Bowl was a 3 point win over the Rams. His last career game was a 3 point loss to the Rams.

Would love to have had both Super Bowls, but being the team that ended the reign of terror is at least a consolation
