But it's fine because BB siphoned it off from every other NFL coach first.
BayRaider
GOAT. He had a pretty bad second half, and the defense was the MVP of this game, but he is the main reason this team is in the Super Bowl this year, and has a chance to be the second QB ever to win a Super Bowl with two different teams. And let's be honest, Peyton doesn't really count in 2015, and I'm a huge Peyton fan. Edited January 24, 2021 by BayRaider

mld
Brady surprisingly has been pretty avg in conference championship games. 21 tds, 17 ints, but luckily he has been better in super bowls 18 tds, 6 int.
PatriotsWin!
10 SBs in 20 seasons. Different teams, different coaches, different players, different conferences... stilling doing it, even at 43. Man is a legend.
Wolverine_Joe
Brady did enough to win and turnovers weren't as costly as it could've been. He will redeem himself in the SB. Road game is always tough in the playoffs.
ifeelasleep
he shouldve taken the sacks on the last int, but he played a good game other than that. that pass at the end of the half was perfect and killed us

RandyMossIsBoss
Does Brady make his defense and special teams better somehow? Honest question at this point... In New England it was easy to just credit BB as to why the Pats consistently had great Ds and STs that would often bail Brady out when he didn't play well (and he bailed them out just as much, if not more, of course), but now it feels like Brady took that Patriots energy with him to Tampa. Nothing went right for him in 2nd half, but TB defense suddenly tightened up into a WALL and saved the game when they needed to.
RandyMossIsBoss
...but yeah this man's accomplishments are just insane at this point. Comes to a doormat franchise and INSTANTLY puts them into the SB, making them the 1st team to ever play at home in a SB at that. It's just absurd to believe that 1 player in a game of 11 on 11 can have this much of an impact but it got a lot harder to deny with him doing it on a whole new team.

I know it’s cheesy, corny or whatever, but Brady completely changed the culture in TB. Only few guys can do that recently like Brady and Peyton in Denver. If he didn't air it too much he had a chance for a completion but still that was a punt on the 3rd down. If he takes the sack for 10 yards and they punt later it would net maybe 10 yards but without having the opportunity of making a big completion. +ev to pass deep there.
