Where is the 'Rodgers will re-sign a new deal and Love will be traded for anything they can get' crew today?

Yah that kinda went down in flames last night.  Wish that kid had shown more this season.  Still not sold on him but might be time to get on the Love train and hope he works out.  Think if Rodgers gets traded they will still bring in competition for him.  He won't be ready to start next year.  All we can hope for is he shows rapid improvement through out next season.

Next year will most likely be painful. We won't be back in this position again for at least 3 years if Rodgers gets traded.  Takes time to build a winner.  Thank god we are in the NFC north.  We could make the playoffs next year with a losing record...

If Rodgers is gone....Love's QB1 next year and we ride it out.

Yep pretty much.  Where we will be at.  All we can do is hope the kid improves through play.  They'll give him a full season of on the job training unless the kid completely bombs out.  Still believe they will bring in another QB if Rodgers goes.  It wouldn't be prudent to put all your eggs in one basket.

Painful is putting it mildly.  It could get ugly.

They'll probably still resign him but I don't want them too. Would rather just get the rebuild over with now. It's clear we were never true contenders the last 3 years.

It doesn't really take that long to build a winner in the NFL as a rebuilding team, just get good QB play from your young QB. Look at Cincy, look at how fast KC became a dynasty. If Love is good, we'll be good again in '23, if he's not, we won't be until we find that guy, but it's a rapid growth from there when you do.

They were true contenders the past 2 seasons; they just didn't get it done. **** happens.

Blaming special teams and giving their boy a free pass.  Ironically, Love looked better in his last 2 halves of play than 12 did last night lol.

I also hope Love is the first Packers QB to finish his career with the team undefeated in home playoff games since Lynn Dickey - who only played in one such game in 1982.

Dickey is in fact the last living former Packers QB to be undefeated at home in the playoffs.

Burrow was a number one draft pick though.

Makes another good case for having a complete rebuild.  If Love is able to be competitive with a weak roster then we might have something.  If not you get an early pick the following year. Love doesn't look like a Burrow/Mahones talent,  we probably need to move on quickly if  he doesn't look good early.
