Who is the best DC for the 2019 season in the NFC East?

Most points will be the starter - second most will be the Back-Up. (Hopefully there are no ties, but in the event I feel - or enough posters would like an amendment or a run-off we will decide how to proceed then.

Please refer to the master-thread here:

Before someone asks, I listed two coaches because some teams scheme or have greater input or different play callers or simply have prominent coaches at other spots who could, in theory, be the DCs.

Pick the best Defensive Coach (non-positional, IE they would assume the mantel of DC).

Each team gets two options.

That is a really bad list of coaches.

I think the obvious answer is one of the Dallas Coaches. That said, reviewing the Redskins coaching tree defensively, I am struck by how many former DC's y'all have.

It's either Rod Marinelli, Kris Richard, or Jim Schwartz

Marinelli or Manusky

I've never been much of a fan for voting for underlings, no matter how promising they might seem.

Please don’t say anything positive about Manusky.

I’m a big Schwartz fan. That being said, I agree with @MKnight82, this is a terrible list.

For me it’s Jim Schwartz or Rob Marinelli. I went Schwartz.

Rod and Kris are two of the best at what they do in the NFL.
