He seemed "comfortable" in the passing game. Andrews or Kelce he's not - but we're a "scheme reliant" offense right? At least thats what everybody tells me.....and he seemed to be able to be open about as much as anybody. Now - Tonyan's coming back - when exactly, I'm not sure - so how much we'll actually need him in 2022 - no clue - but 2023 is murky indeed. I'm just hoping for the best with the guy. Amari Rodgers I personally don't think Sammy Watkins will make the roster. Maybe they keep seven. /// I'll be really surprised if we went with three rookie WRs and Watkins is left out of the mix. He may be cheap and easy to cut but he's also got valuable experience and knows the MLF system. I dont know...lets see how he looks in preseason. Maybe he's lost a step or two...... Watkins will be around this year unless he gets injured or looks like crap in preseason. Just because "they don't have a spot" doesn't mean they shouldn't be trying to improve that room. Counting on two rookies who are coming from small school ball to the NFL seems extremely stupid.
