ny92mike
IMPORTANT READ Phase 2 GM’s can submit extensions to tagged players at any point in time now. Make sure you are using the TAG Extension section to do so, this is located in the same extension sheet at the bottom. Can release RFA tendered players if you feel that you need to, but if you do we're gonna laugh at you. Can release (not sure why you would) or trade tagged players, you can do this even after extending the player. Round 2 Free Agency Bidding (10% APY decrease) Deadline to have contracts created - Thur, Feb. 13th @ 9pm FA Bidding Results - Thur, Feb. 13th @ 10pm FREE AGENCY UPDATE There are currently 113 pending contracts with a solid 70% approval rate, things stay the same a lot of teams will be happy. However, there is one team that has valid offers but isn't going to land a single player. That team may want to reevaluate their offer and ensure they are bidding at least an above market value, but in order to do so they'll need to find their way out of the red. Don't forget to make sure that none of your bids are putting you in the red, the cap data is located in each bid section within the free agency bidding sheet...Don't be that guy. sparky151
Is Miami going to have to lose a first round pick since they don't have their own 2nd rounder to give Pittsburgh for signing a RFA? IRL the league would make Miami give up their natural 2nd or their next pick higher if they've traded it away.

Figured since Miami had a second even though not their original it's still a second round value that would be fine. If they didn't have a second at all, then I could see that. In my bid I selected the compensation in accordance to the round, why even go there.

They would absolutely not give up a 1st round pick if they actually have a 2nd round pick.

No. They would make Miami give up their available 2nd round pick if they didnt have their original 2nd. Nice try but you wont be getting a 1st round pick list because Miami doesnt have their original 2nd.

Might be even clever to trade for a late 2nd rounder before offering to the player to keep your high 2nd rounder

VigilantZombie
@ny92mike I'm getting some sort of error in the UFA bidding work book. Instead of showing me the list of available players it says #N/A
