Philly saves no money this year, but saves on 24M of cap space in 2022. Philly needed this way more than Indy. In that respect, Roseman really deserves credit here, he sure looks like he got max value on this trade, given the escalator. I give the win to Philly on this trade. Wentz is cooked physically & probably mentally as well. I don't know who will win the AFC South next season. So they're essentially committing to Wentz for 2 years at a minimum, but will be able to move on from there if he can't get back on track.
