so he starts with Fox this yr? I wonder who they'll team him up with.

When it was announced last year they said that Brady would work with Burkhardt which means Olsen is getting demoted.

Greg talked about it in an interview with The Athletic this past week.

I’m not sure who Olsen would be teamed up with. Maybe Kenny Albert?

He picked the right time. He clearly looked like he was trending down this season. I wouldn't have wanted to see him really start to look washed in 2023 on the field.

Obviously never say never, but I'm guessing it is for good this time. I hope to see him in the booth calling NFL games. Hopefully he's not terrible. Damn, now I want to go watch some Tom Brady games. Will queue up a stack for the offseason.

Nah, he should have walked away last year. If he did, there'd be people arguing Brady could play at 50, 52, etc. etc.

The fact that he played at a high level until 45 is nuts, but this season killed the mystery. He's done.

First thought when I saw this is how it affects my guy Greg Olsen. Really hope if he dethrones him, he can get another spot with different network. Love him and his insight.

Im excited for a potential future in which I don’t hate TB12 out of envy. He defied the odds throughout his entire career, even after being established in the league. Should be fun watching what’s in store for him next. Plenty of time left now to kiss his son on the mouth whenever he wants.

Good riddance lol Seriously though it was time. He didn’t want to get hit and thus he wasn’t effective anymore. This season with the Bucs was hard to watch. He fooled people on how the playoffs game against the Rams ended but the Rams self inflicted wounds made that game be interesting. The Rams should’ve blown the Bucs out like the Cowboys did this season in Tampa in the playoffs.

So Brady can now go to Fox and get that big paycheck and hopefully work on getting his marriage and family back.

At his age I don't blame him for not wanting to get hit.  It will be interesting to see if/how he does in the broadcast booth.
