The pick with the start date of 10 PM and an end date of 10AM will be considered the last pick of the night. For example: Pick 19 with a start and end date of Wed, Mar 07, 2018 10:00 PM Wed, Mar 07, 2018 10:00 AM Will be the last pick of the night and the pick that the team can hold until the morning if they'd like without the fear of the following pick drafting in front of them. No doubt he'll be motivated by the fact he was the second safety taken instead of the first, too. He can do a little bit of everything, which is something to value highly in a safety.
