Daniel
I've actually seen three of these four, strangely enough. Nosferatu got my vote.

Ozzy
The fact that Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein are both about 1 hour and 10 minutes each, total time 2 hours and 25 minutes total, really they are one movie all together. And if that was the case could argue it would clearly be #1, and really visually it is not close. Still I go Frankenstein just because of the use of sound, clearly could not in Nosferatu, but hard to compare movies with sound and then one with zero sound. Hard to argue against the original Nosferatu for its time sure, but overall the movie has a lot going against it. But was pretty unique of course for the time with some very unique shots and overall look to the film. Nosferatu: Phantom der Nacht (1979) visually is better in many ways, and the female in the film is actually a female! That always threw me with the original Nosferatu female played by a freaking dude. Also could easily call this one of if not the best movie poster of all time. Daniel
@OzzyIf we’re talking about remakes of Nosferatu, how you not gonna mention Shadow of the Vampire. Awesome movie, and now that I remember it, I wish I threw a nom its way for the 2000s.
