There are a couple of teams which still have negative cap space. The players are there you just gotta scroll down a little further down...I'm been deleting the "original" and "active" where there are blanks names in those rows for sorting purposes. I haven't done that to all of them yet. The negative cap is partly to do with the pending contracts. Cap compliance is required if you plan on signing any free agents.
